TNCC personnel provide Tier II customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. Responsible for providing software support to CISCO routers and switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper routers, In-Line Encryption (INE) devices, network security appliances and other related network hardware.
Job Responsibility:

May require operating motor vehicles
May require travel with the military to participate in exercises/operations
Requirements:
TS/SCI clearance (eligible)
US Citizenship required to maintain Top Secret Clearance
IAT-2 certification: GSEC, or Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security, CCNA, or CCENT
5 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks
Ability to obtain/maintain all required certifications within specified timeframe
Professional behavior promoting teamwork and cooperation
Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to interface effectively with individuals at all levels
Must not pose a safety hazard
Must be able to work any shift/designated hours required
