Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE / 5G technology within customer lab environments and initial market applications
Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities
Support customer proof-of-concept activities for pre-commercial products and next-generation RAN equipment
Support NPI projects, including integration, configuration, feature/function validation, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and testing roadmap execution for BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
Resolve technical issues and act as a technical point of contact for the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer teams, and internal organizations
Participate in lab testing
partner with delivery managers and customers to define scope, resource planning, and timelines
Execute Test Object List (TOL) and other structured acceptance test activities
Prepare and present results and reports to support customer acceptance
Requirements:
Recent hands-on RAN lab feature testing across 4G LTE and 5G NR (beyond NOC/ops-only backgrounds)
Experience with RAN HW/SW bring-up, configuration, integration, and feature validation in a lab environment
Strong troubleshooting, defect isolation, and root-cause analysis skills
ability to drive issues to closure
Experience executing structured test plans / acceptance testing (e.g., TOL), documenting results, and presenting findings
Clear communication skills with the ability to produce customer-ready acceptance artifacts (reports, readouts, status updates)
Nice to have:
Direct experience with Ericsson RAN/radio/baseband (BBU) products or comparable OEM RAN gear
Background supporting NPI / new feature or new product introduction testing
Experience supporting customer POCs for pre-commercial or next-gen RAN features
Exposure to test automation (scripting/tools to streamline repetitive lab work)
