Job Responsibility

  • Perform initial triage of fault tickets, analyse issues, and ensure accurate dispatch to field teams
  • Allocate reactive and planned work to field engineers through manual and automated processes
  • Monitor ticket progress end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to escalation protocols
  • Support engineers by arranging required access, permissions, and third-party services in line with safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with Network Operations Centre (NOC) teams and stakeholders to drive continuous process improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation within tickets, including actions taken, approvals, and timelines
  • Provide real-time operational support via telephone channels and email communication
  • Ensure compliance with site access, safety, and legal documentation requirements
  • Track and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritise work accordingly
  • Contribute to reporting, including escalation summaries and performance insights

Requirements

  • Experience in telecom, BPO, or KPO environments with exposure to dispatch or ticket management functions
  • Strong understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy or equivalent) and dispatch workflows
  • Ability to interpret technical fault data and make informed dispatch decisions
  • Effective organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal teams and external partners
  • Knowledge of GSM, 3G, and 4G technologies and field operations processes
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards within field service environments
  • Competency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability
