Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Network Deployment Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of network installation projects across the Midwest. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex network challenges, and is comfortable managing teams in the field.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–7 installation technicians, ensuring skill development, productivity, and adherence to company standards
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of network installation projects: planning, site assessments, execution, testing, documentation, and closeout
  • Design, install, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, surveillance camera systems, and supporting network infrastructure
  • Perform advanced network diagnostics, PC troubleshooting, device configuration, and performance validation
  • Supervise and participate in fiber installations, structured cabling, and cable routing
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure project success and timelines
  • Maintain quality control, safety standards, and professional conduct on all job sites
  • Travel regionally on a weekly basis, with occasional nationwide assignments

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with fiber, structured cabling, and network infrastructure deployments
  • Construction or low-voltage background
  • Previous supervisory, lead technician, or project leadership experience
  • Familiarity with reading site plans, network diagrams, and construction drawings
