Job Description:

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Network Delivery Manager.

Requirements:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of network projects (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi, security, cloud connectivity, etc.)
  • Translate business requirements into delivery plans, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets using appropriate delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ensure smooth deployment of network upgrades, migrations, and expansions across multiple sites
  • Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for network delivery related communications
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and service providers
  • Drive vendor accountability for on time and quality delivery
  • Provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership and project governance forums
  • Ensure all network delivery activities comply with company standards, security policies, and industry best practices
  • Oversee testing, validation, and documentation to support operational readiness
  • Support change management processes, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) submissions and risk reviews
  • Identify opportunities to streamline network delivery processes and improve efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of network delivery standards and best practices
  • Support capacity planning, lifecycle management, and technology refresh initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering network projects in medium to large‑scale environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies, such as: Routing & Switching (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper)
  • SD‑WAN technologies
  • Firewalls and network security
  • Wireless networks
  • Cloud networking (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating cross functional technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, both technical and nontechnical
  • Experience working with external network vendors/carriers
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and change management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, ITIL Foundation, Prince2, PMP)
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, DNA Center, etc.)
  • Experience delivering largescale network transformations or cloud migrations
  • Must not have been outside of the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years
  • You will be required to use an FCSA Accredited Umbrella Company for this role
