Job Description

We’re looking for a Network Contractor who can step in quickly to support our team with essential documentation and configuration work. This short-term contract is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and understands core enterprise networking principles.

Job Responsibility

  • Updating and organising network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
  • Creating simple bills of materials from provided specifications
  • Assisting with configuration preparation for Cisco network devices under guidance
  • Working with the technical team to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Visio skills for network diagramming
  • Good understanding of Cisco networking fundamentals (VLANs, port channels, interfaces, etc.)
  • Familiarity with producing bills of materials
  • Strong attention to detail with clear documentation and communication skills

Nice to have

  • CCNA or equivalent knowledge
  • Previous exposure to network operations or support environments
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
