The Network Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. This role involves conducting data analysis, defining key performance indicators, identifying areas for process optimization, and ensuring effective communication of business needs across teams.

  • Effective Communication skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is beneficial
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
  • Experience in relevant industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
