Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Associate with hands-on experience in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing network infrastructure, supporting internal teams and external clients, and ensuring uninterrupted network services.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
  • Collaborate with telecom service providers for circuit provisioning, fault resolution, and upgrades
  • Configure and manage network devices following standard protocols
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate unresolved issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and asset inventories
  • Support implementation of network projects, migrations, and capacity planning
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in periodic audits
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (NOC, IT, VoIP, Infrastructure) to support operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of networking experience, preferably in telecom or ISP environments
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Familiarity with telecom hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.)
  • Experience working with ISPs, telecom carriers, or enterprise voice/data networks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

Nice to have

  • CCNA / JNCIA / CompTIA Network+
  • Exposure to SD-WAN, VoIP, or network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG)
  • Experience in telecom provisioning systems or NOC support
