Provide cross-functional support across the various activities and responsibilities of the Asset Performance
Define and coordinate the implementation of the digitalization and performance monitoring strategy for network technical assets
Ensure the performance and reliability management of network technical assets based on monitoring data, inspections, and advanced analytics
Identify and prioritize proactive and predictive interventions aimed at improving asset performance in the short term, while ensuring effective follow-up and execution
Coordinate processes for the identification and prioritization of short-term replacement of network assets exhibiting high failure rates, imminent failure risks, and/or accelerated degradation, ensuring proper execution tracking and quality of service (QoS) compliance
Support the development and implementation of performance monitoring, condition assessment, fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance systems for network assets
Collaborate in the implementation of real-time alarm management and operational monitoring solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management methodologies, leveraging data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance network reliability, operational efficiency, and asset lifecycle management
Requirements
Master’s Degree or 5-Year Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Knowledge and/or at least 5 years of professional experience in electrical distribution network and electrical machines and protection systems
Performance-oriented analytics for electrical power systems
Advanced data analytics skills
Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical machines, implementation of industrial monitoring and instrumentation systems and design and/or maintenance of electrical distribution networks
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to multidisciplinary teams
