8+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture roles, including leadership or managerial responsibilities
Expert knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, etc.) with hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise networks
Proven experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including virtual networks, VPC peering, security groups, and hybrid connectivity
Strong understanding of network security best practices and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, IDS/IPS)
Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (such as Wireshark, SNMP systems, or flow analysis) and the ability to perform deep network analysis

Oversee the architecture, reliability, and security of our enterprise networks (cloud and on-premises), from initial design through deployment
Design and implement scalable network solutions, including LAN/WAN topologies and cloud VPCs, to ensure high availability and optimal performance
Collaborate with security teams to apply robust network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection) protecting critical assets and data
Mentor and guide a team of network engineers, establishing best practices and fostering professional growth
Proactively monitor network performance and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime
