Network Architect E2E. Leading telco client (consulting through FinXL). FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Network Architect E2E to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading telco client on a 6 months+ contract in Macquarie Park.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and govern full architecture for Voice and SMS scam prevention
  • Own E2E control-plane and user-plane designs across 5G/4G Core functions
  • Align network service designs with regulations and rules
  • Design robust architectures for sender ID validation and scam blocking
  • Evaluate and govern vendor platforms including SMS/Voice firewalls and fraud systems

Requirements

  • Extensive background in telecommunications focusing on voice and SMS
  • Expertise in scam and fraud detection projects
  • Deep knowledge of SMS Firewall technologies and signaling security (SS7, SIP)
  • Strong understanding of regulations and telecommunications security acts
  • Familiarity with 5G/4G security standards (3GPP SA3, GSMA FS series)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage vendor roadmaps
