We're looking for an accomplished Network Architect and Manager to lead the design and optimization of our global network infrastructure. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity for all our services and offices, while also guiding a team of network engineers. Reporting to VP Global Infrastructure & Operations, you'll drive networking strategy and make sure our infrastructure meets the needs of a fast-growing, global organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the architecture, reliability, and security of our enterprise networks (cloud and on-premises), from initial design through deployment
  • Design and implement scalable network solutions, including LAN/WAN topologies and cloud VPCs, to ensure high availability and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with security teams to apply robust network security measures (firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection) protecting critical assets and data
  • Mentor and guide a team of network engineers, establishing best practices and fostering professional growth
  • Proactively monitor network performance and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime
  • Evaluate and integrate new networking technologies and tools to continuously improve network efficiency and capabilities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture roles, including leadership or managerial responsibilities
  • Expert knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, etc.) with hands-on experience designing large-scale enterprise networks
  • Proven experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including virtual networks, VPC peering, security groups, and hybrid connectivity
  • Strong understanding of network security best practices and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, IDS/IPS)
  • Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (such as Wireshark, SNMP systems, or flow analysis) and the ability to perform deep network analysis
  • Experience with network automation and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. using Python scripts or Terraform/CloudFormation for network provisioning)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain network concepts to non-specialists
  • Design, implement, and manage robust edge-security solutions—including firewalls, VPNs, and network flow controls—to protect our perimeter and distributed systems

Nice to have:

  • Juniper Networks Certification (e.g., JNCIASEC, JNCISSEC, JNCIPSEC, or JNCIESEC) in the Security track — strongly preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, or cloud networking certifications (e.g. AWS Advanced Networking Specialty)
  • Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) or network virtualization technologies
