Job Responsibility

  • Installation and administration of Linux servers
  • Monitoring and maintaining high-availability systems
  • Planning and expanding IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the position of system administrator
  • Very good knowledge of the Linux system (Debian)
  • Very good knowledge of networking topics: TCP/IP, iptables, vlan, routing, VPN, VLAN, bridging, bonding, radius, OSPF, BGP
  • Very good knowledge of services: Web, Mail, DNS, Monitoring, LDAP
  • Very good knowledge of containerization using Docker
  • Knowledge of service-related issues concerning computer hardware
  • Knowledge of issues related to diagnosing hardware problems from the Linux console
  • Knowledge of database administration: mysql, mariaDB
  • Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as BASH, Perl, Python, PHP
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as: VMware, Proxmox
  • Knowledge of licensing for products such as Vmware/Oracle/Windows
  • Knowledge of issues related to network configuration and SAN/NAS arrays
