Job Description:

Network and Data Centre Analyst on a remote basis for an initial 6 month contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assess current network estate across routing and switching
  • Identify end of life and unsupported network equipment
  • Produce a migration and replacement plan with a Project Manager
  • Support and deliver the migration work on site
  • Analyse routers and switches across the environment
  • Recommend what needs replacing and when
  • Configure and deploy new switches and network kit on site
  • Support hands on implementation, not just planning

Requirements:

  • Strong Cisco networking background essential
  • Cisco Firepower and Cisco Firewall series desirable but not mandatory
