Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall technologies and Extreme Networks infrastructure

Job Responsibility

Provide hands-on support to the existing network team by executing scheduled maintenance, system tuning, and daily operational tasks
Install, integrate, administer, and support enterprise hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), and Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
Operate and support VPN gateways, managing user-access requirements to ensure secure remote connectivity
Identify, isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults across LAN/WAN, wireless, and firewall infrastructure, escalating to the next level when necessary
Conduct routine security audits, monitor system/firewall logs for anomalies, and prepare weekly status/anomaly reports for IT Management
Contribute to the evaluation, utilization, and modernization of networking environments, providing recommendations for protocol compatibility and performance improvements
Maintain real-time operations logs and update procedural/environmental documentation to ensure system interoperability
