Network Administrator

• Design and implement advanced network infrastructures, including wired and wireless systems, to meet organizational needs
• configure and troubleshoot networking hardware such as firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
• apply and maintain robust security measures, including access controls and intrusion detection systems, to safeguard network integrity
• monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality
• perform routine updates, including firmware upgrades and security patches, to maintain system reliability
• address and resolve network problems efficiently to minimize downtime and disruptions
• maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and changes for future reference
• participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide prompt support for critical network issues
• collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

• At least 5 years of experience in network administration with attention to detail
• strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and OSI model
• hands-on experience with network devices, including Cisco and Juniper hardware
• proficiency in using network monitoring tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
• demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration
• capacity to work independently while contributing to team goals
• relevant certifications such as CCNA or higher are highly preferred.
