Network Administrator

• Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues, ensuring optimal operation
• Implement necessary software updates and hardware upgrades for improved network functionality
• Configure and document network components, including firewalls, routers, switches, and hubs, to meet organizational needs
• Provide technical support and assistance to staff, administrators, vendors, and other personnel
• Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot network-related problems
• Collaborate with service providers and external vendors to maintain and enhance network infrastructure
• Manage and deploy Cisco Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies to support network security and efficiency
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all network configurations and changes
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all network systems

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data network administration
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with WAN design, deployment, maintenance, and support
• Proficiency in VMware and VMware Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 configurations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10
• Experience with firewalls, switches, and other networking equipment
• CISSP certification or equivalent security expertise is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
