Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in St. Louis. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable network operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in supporting enterprise‑level networking environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure
  • Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN systems
  • Administer network security tools, policies, and procedures
  • Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols
  • Support cloud/network integrations (Azure, AWS, or similar)
  • Perform regular network performance monitoring and capacity planning
  • Assist with network upgrades, hardware installations, and new technology deployments
  • Maintain documentation for network configurations, diagrams, and processes
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on networking experience in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
  • Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar network platforms
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
  • Knowledge of network/security best practices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or Security+
  • Experience supporting cloud‑based network infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
  • Understanding of VoIP systems, SD‑WAN, or wireless enterprise solutions
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python)
