Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the Network Engineer and IT Director to establish and maintain security protocols, risk assessments, and documentation procedures
Monitor and analyze data logs and security alerts, including data loss protection and data movement, escalating issues as needed
Communicate critical security updates and activities to relevant personnel through clear and timely messaging
Research emerging security technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing system performance and protection
Participate in technical audits to verify compliance with established security policies and industry standards
Investigate and perform root-cause analysis on security-related incidents, implementing preventive measures to mitigate future risks
Update controls and procedures based on incident findings to strengthen the organization's security posture
