Bridgesoft is seeking a skilled Network Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing on-premise network infrastructure and working knowledge of cloud networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable network operations while supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in networking fundamentals, security, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to collaborate across infrastructure and cloud teams
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Design, implement, manage, and monitor LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks
Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
Ensure network security using firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control mechanisms
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues
Manage and support cloud networking components including VPC/VNet, subnets, gateways, routing tables, and security groups
Collaborate with cloud, system, and DevOps teams for hybrid and cloud-based deployments
Perform network upgrades, patching, and configuration changes with minimal downtime
Maintain accurate network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs
Support disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity planning
Provide L2/L3 support and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests
5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or Network Engineer
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, routing, and switching
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
Solid understanding of network security best practices and firewall configurations
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of cloud networking concepts (VPC/VNet, peering, VPNs, routing tables)
Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server networking
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP – Associate level or higher)
Knowledge of SD-WAN and Zero Trust networking concepts
Experience with automation and infrastructure tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell
Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD networking requirements
