Job Responsibility:

  • Configuration, operation, and management of Cisco ISE for WLAN access, TACACS, and RADIUS authentication
  • Management and provisioning of Cisco WLAN Controllers via Cisco Catalyst Center
  • Technical validation and testing of WLAN and ISE software upgrades prior to global deployment
  • Design, implementation, and operation of enterprise WLAN solutions with a focus on coverage, performance, and stability
  • Providing Level 3 WLAN support, including resolving complex incidents to minimize downtime
  • Developing and improving WLAN security standards in collaboration with the IT Security team
  • Serving as a technical expert and consultant for local and regional IT teams
  • Training local IT teams on WLAN architecture, operations, and security principles
  • Monitoring market trends and new technologies (e.g., Cisco Spaces, Wi-Fi 7) and assessing their benefits
  • Maintaining technical documentation and standards
  • Collaborating within the global operations team

Requirements:

  • Practical experience with Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE (a significant advantage)
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including the principles of the OSI model
  • Ability to design, implement, and operate enterprise WLAN solutions ensuring reliable coverage, performance, and stability across all locations
  • Responsibility for maintaining documentation and standards
  • English at a communicative level
