Job Description:

A role to showcase existing Admin/Coordination skills with support and training. Involves supporting the Network Access team in securing Wayleave agreements for building Fibre Network infrastructure in rural UK communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Project teams and Network Officers in securing Wayleave agreements for Fibre Network build
  • Learn new systems
  • Update databases and trackers
  • Provide regular operational reporting
  • Bring new ideas to support development of internal processes, workflows, and administration improvements

Requirements:

  • Organised
  • Able to build good working relationships and liaise with people at all levels
  • Good grasp of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in an Admin/Coordinator type role involving legal, land or property is particularly relevant
