Netsuite Technical Consultant

• NetSuite ERP implementation, customization, enhancements, and system optimizations for business processes
• Identify areas of improvement in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance using NetSuite capabilities
• Work closely with finance, accounting, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate NetSuite with third-party applications such as CRM, banking, and payroll systems
• Ensure accurate data migration, financial reporting, and dashboard creation using Suite Analytics and other reporting tools
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to finance and accounting teams
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other financial regulations while maintaining system security and controls

• 3-5 Years Experience in leading NetSuite implementations or migrations
• Develop, customize & maintain NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and SuiteFlow
• Build workflows, custom records, dashboards, KPIs, custom Reports and saved searches
• Collaborate with functional teams & business users to gather requirements and design technical solutions
• Perform data migrations & integrations between NetSuite and external systems (RESTlets, Web Services, Dell Boomi, Celigo, Shopify, etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in customizations & integrations
• Support NetSuite upgrades ensuring script compatibility
• Participate in the full project lifecycle – analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to change control processes
• Knowledge of scripting and automation within NetSuite to enhance system performance
• Experience working in industries such as SaaS, Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Services
• Familiarity with sandbox & production deployment processes

• Bachelor's degree in B.E, B, Tech, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP in a technical consultant role, including at least 2 years in a position
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Financials, Suite Flow, Suite Script (preferred), and integrations with third-party applications
• Strong understanding of client requirements, implementation and customizations, and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyse complex business needs and provide innovative NetSuite solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer is a plus
