Job Responsibility

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including roles and permissions, dashboards, and reports
  • Understand the data structure within NetSuite and best practices relating to data migration and integrations: Internal ID / External ID, Relationship between Entity / Transaction / Item tables and the records within
  • Creation and maintenance of the following objects: Roles & Permissions, Dashboards, Fields & Forms, Custom Records
  • Ability to design, configure and support Suiteflows (workflows) and SuiteApprovals
  • Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including Saved searches, Suite analytics, and Reporting
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Ensure best practices are applied to ERP integrations from a NetSuite perspective
  • Design and deliver effective user training & materials, support adoption across teams
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and own the project roadmap
