Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced NetSuite Solution Consultant to join our team. This role combines Presales and Client Project Delivery responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business development and solution delivery. The Solution Consultant will collaborate closely with clients across Manufacturing, Services, and Technology industries to understand business requirements, design optimal NetSuite solutions, and deliver successful implementations. Additionally, this role will support the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and shaping solution pitches for prospects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Sales & Business Development team to support presales engagements
  • Conduct tailored NetSuite product demonstrations highlighting industry best practices for Manufacturing, Services, and Tech clients
  • Prepare and deliver functional solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals
  • Participate in discovery sessions with prospects to understand their requirements and craft value-driven solution pitches
  • Position NetSuite as the right-fit ERP solution by showcasing competitive differentiators and ROI benefits
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to capture business needs
  • Perform detailed business process mapping and align client requirements to NetSuite capabilities
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solution design, workarounds, or recommendations for customizations
  • Configure and test NetSuite modules in alignment with project scope
  • Work closely with technical teams to create functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations
  • Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and functional training
  • Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to consulting best practices and client expectations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge building by documenting industry-specific use cases and reusable assets

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant / Solution Consultant
  • Proven track record in end-to-end NetSuite implementations across one or more industries (Manufacturing, Services, Technology)
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules – Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Projects
  • Ability to lead client workshops, create business process documents, and perform solution design
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting presales demos and responding to RFPs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with CXO-level executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

  • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
  • Familiarity with India Localization, GST, and tax requirements within NetSuite
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment with presales exposure
  • Exposure to multiple industries (manufacturing, services, technology) with ability to translate industry pain points into NetSuite solutions
