We are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Finance Systems Administrator to join our Finance department. This is an exciting digital transformation role where you will be instrumental in building and optimising our core finance systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across the organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily administration, including configuring the general ledger, segments, tax data, user accounts, and roles
Develop and maintain critical integrations between NetSuite and satellite systems, including Anaplan or Pivot AI
Provide end-user support, resolve system issues, and deliver training sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and automation opportunities
Ensure all finance systems adhere to relevant regulations and standards, and implement security measures
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and develop reports/dashboards for financial data insights
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite modules
Solid experience with NetSuite's development tools, such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler
Hands-on experience with integration middleware and APIs, specifically SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and web services
Proven capabilities in data mapping, transformation, and using migration tools
Strong business and finance acumen
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Speak English fluently
