About the Opportunity We are looking for a NetSuite Developer to join our Systems Administration team. Reporting to the Senior Systems Administrator, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your ERP expertise while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our business systems. You will work across configuration, customisation, and development activities to support and enhance our NetSuite platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, test, and maintain NetSuite customisations including scripts, workflows, and integrations
  • Create and optimise saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business reporting needs
  • Configure and maintain system elements such as custom records, forms, fields, and roles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support the Senior Systems Administrator with system administration and user support activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Maintain technical documentation for customisations and system changes
  • Participate in testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements
  • Stay current with NetSuite releases, features, and best practices
  • Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Some exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP platforms is desirable but not essential
  • Basic understanding of business processes (finance, procurement, or operations)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to pursue NetSuite certifications
  • Understanding of SuiteScript (1.0 and/or 2.x) or strong JavaScript fundamentals with willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and logical thinking
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
