Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end data migration from QuickBooks into NetSuite
  • Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform financial data, including general ledger and trial balance
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with NetSuite structure and reporting requirements
  • Map legacy chart of accounts to NetSuite framework
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies during migration
  • Collaborate with finance and technical stakeholders to support system integration
  • Document migration processes, data mapping, and validation procedures
  • Support testing, reconciliation, and post-migration validation efforts
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data migration and system integration

Requirements

  • Proven experience performing multiple QuickBooks-to-NetSuite data migrations (preferably several completed projects)
  • Strong understanding of general ledger structures, trial balance reporting, and financial data integrity
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and validation processes
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP configuration and data import tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting or project-based environment
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting system integrations for mergers and acquisitions
  • Background in healthcare, manufacturing, or multi-entity organizations
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation processes within NetSuite
