Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our local client. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for managing, configuring, and optimizing their NetSuite platform to support business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets business needs while providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the daily operations of the NetSuite platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications
  • Maintain a strong understanding of NetSuite modules to assist in business operations
  • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Procurement
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) and SuiteFlow
  • Experience with data migration and system integrations using APIs or other tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or other relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
