Netsuite Administrator

• Manage financial operations within NetSuite, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed assets
• Facilitate month-end and year-end close activities by performing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reviews
• Oversee subscription billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts using NetSuite planning tools
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Configure and maintain NetSuite modules to align with organizational workflows and financial needs
• Develop and refine financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership review
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system accuracy and operational efficiency
• Optimize NetSuite and Salesforce integration to streamline billing and customer issue resolution
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting staff on NetSuite functionalities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally at a senior accountant or assistant controller level
• Proven expertise as a NetSuite Administrator in a finance-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, month-end close procedures, and financial reporting
• Experience with subscription billing and accounts receivable management is highly preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including skills with pivot tables, formulas, and data validation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate accounting requirements into effective system solutions

Familiarity with Salesforce integration is a plus
