Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead .NET Developer with proven experience in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS. The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, guide development teams, and play a key role in delivering robust applications for the logistics and transportation domain.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using modern .NET technologies
  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, X-Ray, and Secrets Manager
  • Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards
  • Mentor and support junior developers, promoting technical best practices and collaborative growth
  • Participate in requirement analysis, system design, estimation, and sprint planning
  • Maintain documentation, ensure adequate test coverage, and uphold system reliability and performance

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of hands-on .NET application development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in logistics or transportation system development (preferred)
  • Prior experience leading teams or mentoring developers
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Effective team collaboration and leadership skills
  • Experience in planning, estimation, and project execution
  • Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Preferred: AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft .NET Certification
