• Design and configure software platforms within a C# / .NET environment
• Redesign technical architecture to support modern, event-driven solutions
• Ensure software is maintainable, scalable, and follows “Clean Architecture” principles
• Collaborate with your team to take full ownership of the software lifecycle
• In-depth development using .NET/C# expertise
• Managing and configuring Azure Cloud solutions
• Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and contributing to the team’s continuous improvement
• Redesigning and refactoring legacy systems to meet modern standards

• University-level work and thinking (Academic degree)
• At least 8 years of experience as a developer, preferably within enterprise-level environments
• Proven experience in the financial or banking sector
• In-depth expertise in .NET, C#, and Azure Cloud solutions
• Architectural Mindset: Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and applying event-driven solutions
• Technical Excellence: Passionate about writing maintainable code and staying updated with the latest field developments
• Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Proactive: Ready for a challenge and comfortable working in an environment that is continuously changing and adapting
• Language: A vital command of the English language (written and spoken) is required
