Job Responsibility

  • Design software architecture and lead technical initiatives for lending platform solutions
  • Actively code and deliver features (70% hands-on development)
  • Research new technologies and drive innovation across the organization (30%)
  • Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to development team members
  • Collaborate directly with US-based Product Owners and engineering leadership
  • Drive migration from monolithic systems to microservices/event-driven architecture
  • Establish and maintain SDLC standards and best practices
  • Participate in daily standups, weekly demos, and design sessions with US team
  • Proactively identify risks and communicate project status to stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, specializing in C# and .NET technologies.
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7+, Web API, and Microservices / Event-Driven architecture.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework / EF Core, and performance-optimized data access.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (or any JS frameworks) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience with unit testing & integration testing, and familiarity with TDD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent English communication, able to work directly with US or Australian based teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with messaging systems, NoSQL databases, and cloud-native practices (containers, IaC).
  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and E2E testing tools.
  • Exposure to legacy systems and authentication/authorization standards (JWT, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with advanced DevOps practices, feature flags, deployments, and system observability.
  • Background in Fintech domain, security/code quality tools, or AI-assisted development.
