We are looking for a new .NET developer to join our team. You will play a key role in building solutions that improve patients’ lives and help shape the future of digital health. In this role, you will work closely with talented colleagues across disciplines – including software engineering, design, regulatory and client facing teams and collaborate with some of the world’s leading pharma companies.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and evolve modern REST APIs as part of regulated digital health products
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and scalable solutions
  • Contribute technical insight into planning, estimations, and architectural decisions
  • Work in agile teams with a strong focus on quality, usability, and maintainability
  • Engage in continuous delivery of workflows and fast feedback cycles
  • Help develop state-of-the-art Backend solutions using a modern tech stack
  • Translate designs and product requirements into robust, high-quality functionality
  • Write clean, readable, and well-structured code with clear architecture and documentation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across design, engineering, regulatory, and operations
  • Support project planning with technical input and realistic estimations
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the mobile team
  • Balance quality and pragmatism to ensure the best outcome for each product
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and workflows
  • Take part in continuous delivery and rapid iteration cycles

Requirements

  • Experience working within the .NET ecosystem and C# in production environments
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, including: HTTP pipeline & middleware, Dependency Injection & service lifetimes
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
  • Understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns (e.g. Clean Architecture and Repository pattern)
  • Knowledge of API documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI
  • Experience in Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Experience with React, including: SSR/SSG/ISR and choosing the right rendering strategy, Next.js routing, API routes, and server-side logic, Understanding of performance, SEO, and production optimization
  • Knowledge of HTML5 semantics and accessibility (WCAG)
  • Knowledge of CSS3 with responsive, mobile-first design
  • Knowledge integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge writing automated tests: Unit, integration, and UI (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright)

  • Frontend code quality analysis with SonarQube
  • Frontend monitoring with Sentry
  • Knowledge with Umbraco CMS
  • Knowledge integrating telemetry & analytics tools such as Mixpanel
