We are seeking a .NET Azure Support Engineer with strong experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Azure-based web applications. The individual will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues across application layers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves working with .NET technologies, APIs, SQL databases, and Azure services while collaborating in agile development cycles.
Job Responsibility:
Investigate, analyse, and maintain web applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework (4.5 / 4.8)
Analyse and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and SOAP services for system interoperability
Write optimised SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage database schemas in SQL Server
Deploy and monitor applications on Azure Cloud (App Services, Azure SQL, and Functions)
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and database performance issues
Prepare and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure-based web application support using C#.NET
Strong knowledge of .NET Core and .NET Framework (4.5 / 4.8)
Proficient in SQL Server, including writing optimised queries and managing schemas
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SOAP services
Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and maintain high standards of documentation
