Role: Neighbourhood Officer Salary: £37,595 Position: Permanent Full time Position, 37 hours per week Location: Hereford & Worcester / Hybrid working Manager's Quote: As Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for the tenancy management of a patch within a geographical area. The team is very friendly and welcoming and works well together. The team support each other with workloads and arrange joint visits on request. The team are very supportive with new members of staff and will often arrange on the job training, shadowing of colleagues and patch visits. In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Neighbourhood Officer will involve: Overseeing tenancy management and estate issues. Dealing with Anti-Social behaviour from minor reports to serious cases and actively be involved in multi - agency work to resolve issues. Dealing with sensitive safeguarding matters Carrying our regular block and estate inspections. Involvement in the management of new build properties for all tenancy management issues.
