Neighbourhood Manager

• Manage a designated neighbourhood, ensuring homes and communities remain safe, well-managed, and desirable places to live
• Deliver a visible, customer-focused service, acting as the main point of contact for residents
• Manage tenancy matters including breaches, ASB, safeguarding concerns, and legal action where required
• Carry out estate inspections, welcome visits, and face-to-face resident engagement
• Identify and support vulnerable residents, working with internal teams and external agencies
• Prepare notices, evidence, and attend court where necessary
• Promote resident involvement, attend community meetings, and help shape local service improvements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure performance targets and KPIs are achieved

• Proven experience in housing or neighbourhood management
• Strong knowledge of tenancy management, ASB, and UK housing legislation
• Experience managing a patch and working directly with residents
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver excellent customer service
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills

Housing qualification (CIOH) desirable but not essential
