Job Description:

This is a hybrid role focused on delivering high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management services across a defined housing patch. You will be responsible for managing a cross-tenure neighbourhood, acting as the key point of contact for residents and ensuring tenancies are sustained, communities are well managed, and customer satisfaction remains high.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a defined patch, providing end-to-end neighbourhood and tenancy management
  • Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) and nuisance cases
  • Conduct home visits, tenancy checks, and estate inspections
  • Support vulnerable tenants and make appropriate referrals to partner agencies
  • Manage tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, and rehousing support
  • Identify and address environmental and estate management issues
  • Work with internal teams, councillors, and external partners to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records and manage a varied caseload in line with KPIs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housing management, neighbourhood or tenancy services
  • Experience handling ASB, tenancy issues, and vulnerable customers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and case management skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet performance targets
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
