As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Caretaker to join our Neighbourhood team and help make a big difference to our properties and communities. The role is permanent, full-time with a salary of £23,613.00 a year, per annum. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cleaning of various Tai Tarian Accommodation
  • Office areas
  • Communal areas in blocks of Flats
  • Hafen Schemes
  • Welfare Facilities
  • Creating a positive first impression of our buildings and communities by ensuring they are professionally cleaned, creating an environment that is welcoming, hygienic and homely

Requirements:

  • Experience in conducting a role of a similar nature
  • Putting customers at the heart at everything we do, providing excellent customer services at all times
  • Enjoy working closely as part of a Team to achieve outcomes
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, to the right standard and delivered on time
  • Confident and proficient in the use of technology
  • Have good attention to detail and ability to process detailed information effectively
  • Valid manual driving licence
