Job Responsibility:
Actively manage and develop a portfolio of sales and lettings properties in Bangor and surrounding areas
Engage with prospective buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored property solutions
Arrange and at times, conduct property viewings and provide detailed and accurate information on properties
Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, pricing trends, and legislation affecting sales and lettings
Prepare and present marketing materials to promote properties effectively, including online listings and brochures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate closely with colleagues in valuations, auctioneering and administration to ensure a seamless client experience
Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in property sales and/or lettings, ideally within the estate agency & Property industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously
Good knowledge of the Bangor / Anglesey & Gwynedd property market and surrounding areas is highly desirable
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with using CRM software
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings
Nice to have:
Good knowledge of the Bangor / Anglesey & Gwynedd property market and surrounding areas
