Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the NEC Supervisor under the contract
  • Oversee and supervise Delivery Partner site construction activities
  • Liaise closely with the Asset Integrator and wider project team
  • Report into the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager
  • Validate contractor progress measurements
  • Review and validate contractor payment applications
  • Verify site safety compliance
  • Undertake quality management activities including hold point inspections, witnessing works, quality audits
  • Support coordination of on-site dependencies and interfaces between contractors
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with contractual, programme, and quality requirements

Requirements:

  • CSCS Black Card (or equivalent)
  • NEC Supervisor Accreditation / Experience
  • First Aid Certification
  • Water Hygiene Card
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts and site supervision duties
  • Proven experience working in a site-based construction or infrastructure environment
