Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced NDT Level II Radiographer to join our expanding team in the Eastern Iowa region. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Radiography. This role offers a great work-life balance and the opportunity to advance into a leadership position within the region.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform advanced-level special inspections, building inspections, and Non-Destructive testing work with direct collaboration with Olsson project managers and senior leaders
  • Mentor the efforts of less-experienced staff
  • Travel to various jobs sites
  • Work in all types of terrain and weather conditions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Radiography experience
  • Continue to foster relationships with current clients while cultivating a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct NDT Testing, including but not limited to: radiography, ultrasonics, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing
  • Document and report inspection results
  • Thorough understanding of procedures, codes, and specifications to produce code quality test results
  • Work directly with the Local Group leader to cover workloads and cultivate a Safe work environment
  • Work with the client to cover all their needs locally
  • Some travel but we have a heavy focus on local work
