Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a: NDT Inspector (m/w/d). Location: Friedberg. Contract: Full-time (37.5h) / Unlimited. In the frame of the development of our Quality Innovation Initiative, Testia is looking for an NDT Inspector (m/w/d).

Job Responsibility

  • Carrying out non-destructive testing (NDT) in the following test methods: Ultrasonic Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410, Eddy Current Level 2 according EN 4179 / NAS410
  • Documentation and evaluation of test results as a basis for test reports

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as a inspector in non-destructive testing according to EN4179/NAS410 in the procedures, ultrasonic, eddy current, or Radiography testing. At least one of the test methods mentioned is required
  • Evidence of experience times per EN4179 per procedure required
  • Professional experience in the area of responsibility, preferably in the destructive testing of composite and aluminum materials
  • Systematic, careful and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, resilience, flexibility
  • Knowledge of German or English
  • Alternatively, qualifications with experience in the test methods ultrasonic, eddy current, or Radiography testing according to EN ISO 9712 can also be recognized.
