In this role of Governance, Assurance & Improvement Specialist, you would lead and manage the implementation for improvement initiatives of NDIS within Endeavour Foundation. In supporting our leadership teams to operationalise, launch, and embed changes effectively. That is driven by a fit?for?purpose business improvement solutions. The position actively identifies innovative continuous improvement opportunities that enhance the experience of the disability people we support, strengthen client outcomes, improve financial sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that the Client is at the heart of everything we do
  • Support Leaders to ensure consistency of client experience by leading continuous improvement, adherence to practice guidelines and organisational policy and procedure
  • Work with the key personnel stakeholders to establish priorities based on awareness of strategic business priorities, technology, and related Service Delivery business project implementation
  • Development of processes, in consultation with SMEs, which will support the implementation of complex business initiatives and high performance
  • Ensure an evidence-based / data driven approach to decision making, delivery of initiatives, process improvements and prioritisation activities
  • Identify risks affecting delivery of improvement initiatives and where necessary deploy contingencies to ensure completion of implementation

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or certification in a human services, business, or project management field or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience and knowledge of the disability services or similar human services industry is beneficial
  • Hold or Willing to obtain: NDIS Yellow Card, Blue Card and Police check
  • Strong understanding of disability sector, NDIS and other funding models
  • Strong skill in using MS Excell and other suites is essential to manage data collections
