Job Description

Endeavour Foundation is one of Australia’s largest employers of people with disability, and our purpose drives everything we do. Our teams enjoy flexibility, genuine work–life balance, and a culture built on inclusion, growth, and meaningful impact. We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable NDIS Coordinator to join our Client Services Division. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their NDIS journey, ensuring they access the right supports to achieve their goals and thrive with Endeavour Foundation.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy
  • Acting as a NDIS subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing accurate, timely quotes for funded supports
  • Using Power BI and reporting tools to track KPIs and monitor performance
  • Staying across all NDIS, NDIA, and price guide updates
  • Identifying underfunded clients and advocating for appropriate funding
  • Bringing forward innovative ideas to improve processes and customer outcomes
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to support shared goals

Requirements

  • Accountability and ownership — you take responsibility for your work, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself to high standards
  • Strong NDIS knowledge and a clear understanding of what NDIS funding means for customers and Endeavour Foundation, including staying up to date with NDIA changes, price guides, and rates
  • Experience collaborating with families and decision makers to ensure customer needs and goals are understood and supported
  • Customer-centric experience and a passion for delivering high-quality service
  • Experience supporting people in a planning capacity — whether through goal setting, funding discussions, or service coordination
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment
  • Hybrid working with WFH flexibility
  • Onsite parking and café at our Support Office, Cannon Hill
  • Discounts on private health insurance
  • Discounted family gym memberships via Fitness Passport
  • Supportive induction, ongoing learning, and a Reward & Recognition Program
  • 6 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers
  • Free mental health coaching and counselling through our EAP
