Job Description

Performs all NC Route functions required in a PCB Manufacturing Environment. Must be able to operate Excellon and Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-ray equipment and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment. Must be able to run NC Route equipment both in manual and automatic mode. Must be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required and have the ability to handle delicate components. Must be able to load and unload materials.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in Routing operations is required
  • PCB/PWB manufacturing experience is required
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints
  • Must be available to work overtime as necessary
  • Must be able to operate Excellon and Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-ray equipment and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment
  • Must be able to run NC Route equipment both in manual and automatic mode
  • Must be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required and have the ability to handle delicate components
