  • The Registered Nurse – Navigator works collaboratively with physicians, staff and other health care professionals, to develop, implement, and evaluate, integrated and comprehensive plans of care for patients
  • Ensures best practice and high quality standards of health care are maintained across the continuum

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program
  • upon hire 1 year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting required
