Job Responsibility
Design and enhance advanced Kalman filters for GNSS/INS products utilizing IMUs and diverse aiding sensors to derive optimal navigation solutions
Spearhead the development and optimization of real-time algorithms for elite geospatial performance in survey and mapping applications
Conduct sophisticated error analysis and systems engineering to evaluate product performance in diverse operational settings
Lead data gathering and fine-tuning initiatives for next-generation navigation software platforms and connected hardware
Collaborate with global stakeholders and clients to present performance results and define software requirements for future innovations
Requirements
PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Geomatics Engineering, or Engineering Science with a focus on modern systems, control, and estimation
Proven expertise in Kalman filtering and GNSS navigation within aerospace, defense, or marine inertial applications
Advanced software development proficiency in C/C++ for real-time systems or .NET environments
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and documentation within a fast-paced engineering lifecycle
Nice to have
Experience with multi-sensor fusion beyond standard GNSS/IMU integration
Prior involvement in autonomous vehicle positioning or direct georeferencing for imaging devices
Familiarity with post-mission mobile mapping software and hardware ecosystems
