Core Responsibilities: • Drive sales of marine navigation and satellite communication solutions (Radar, AIS, ECDIS, GMDSS, VSAT) • Identify and acquire new clients across shipping companies, offshore, ports, and shipyards • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure • Understand client requirements and propose integrated Navcom / Satcom solutions • Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design and delivery • Handle RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions along with commercial negotiations • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers • Achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion in the assigned region • Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
