Our client fosters a mission-driven culture where employees are empowered to grow, innovate, and chart a sustainable future together. The Naval Architect will support the implementation of various projects through design and analysis while working closely with Operational and Technical groups as well as vessel management and crew. • Manage the upkeep and scheduling for specialized internal structural coatings and linings
  • Provide real-time troubleshooting and engineering support for remote field operations
  • Utilize advanced CAD and specialized engineering software to develop precise architectural schematics
  • Interpret complex data sets and experimental results to inform engineering decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a related position
  • Open to candidates coming out of university from a Naval Architecture program
  • Proficient with AutoCAD 2D, Rhino 3D, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Able to create and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information and drawings
